Due to the handmade nature:
Colours and appearance may vary slightly
Botanicals and decoration may differ between batches
All descriptions are as accurate as possible. -

Our products are for home fragrance use only.
Do not ingest
Keep away from children and pets
Never leave a burner unattended
Use only with suitable tea lights or approved electric burners
We are not responsible for misuse of products. -
Orders
All orders are subject to availability
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
Once an order is placed, it cannot always be changed -
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£)
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
Payment must be made in full before dispatch - Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days
We use Royal Mail
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility. -
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used wax melts.
However:
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours
Proof such as a photo may be required
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate -

Our products contain fragrance oils and have the correct uk compliance CLP labelling
